Market Makers are the people already doing that — and this is the mechanism that lets them participate in the recurring economics they help create, instead of generating that value for free.
Every FMMM member is eligible, including free members. You do not need a paid membership to participate in the commission structure.

By the number of qualified active direct customers you have referred — 1–4 earns 20%, rising to 60% at 41 or more. It is not decided by which membership you hold.
